Log into your Libas account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return or exchange along with the reason.

Ensure your garments are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags and packaging intact to qualify for a successful return.

Schedule Pickup

Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48-72 hours to collect the package.

Receive Refund

After the item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
